Teknologien bag Siemens Healthineers Transducere

Gestus-teknologi 

Siemens Healthineers’ InTune™-transducere har indbygget sensorer (accelerometre) og specialudviklet software, som kan registrere brugerens bevægelser.

Hvis sonografen (ultralydsoperatøren) for eksempel banker let to gange på transduceren, skifter den automatisk til “klar til scanning”-tilstand. Det betyder, at man ikke behøver at række over til tastaturet eller skifte manuelt mellem flere transducere så ofte.

Formålet er at gøre arbejdet nemmere og mere effektivt. Ved at indbygge denne type automatisering i transduceren forbedres arbejdsgangen, så klinikeren kan bruge mere tid på patienten og mindre tid på betjening af udstyret.

Gestus-teknologi

Multi-D

Transduceren består af mange små elementer, som kan styres individuelt. Det gør det muligt at justere fokus i billedet, alt efter hvad man ønsker at undersøge.

Ved at ændre den måde lydbølgerne sendes ind i kroppen på, kan man zoome ind og fokusere mere præcist på et mindre område – uden at billedet mister kvalitet i resten af dybden.

Teknologien gør det også muligt at scanne meget dybt, helt op til cirka 40 cm. Det er især en fordel hos patienter med høj BMI, hvor det ellers kan være svært at se tydeligt. Resultatet er klarere billeder, større sikkerhed i diagnosen og færre unødvendige ekstra undersøgelser.

Multi-D

Single-crystal piezoelektrisk teknologi

Den nyeste generation af single-crystal piezoelektriske materialer giver et bredere frekvensområde. Det betyder bedre harmonisk billeddannelse og skarpere opløsning i dybderetningen (aksial opløsning). Materialet er også mere følsomt, hvilket gør det muligt at trænge dybere ind i kroppen og samtidig opnå klarere billeder.

Hos Siemens Healthineers er valg af materialer en vigtig del af designet af transducere. Man vælger den teknologi, der passer bedst til den konkrete kliniske opgave. At bruge det rette materiale til den rette anvendelse og det rette markedssegment er afgørende for at sikre, at kundernes behov bliver opfyldt.

Termisk styring (varmehåndtering)

En effektiv transducer skal kunne sende så meget ultralydsenergi som muligt uden at blive for varm. Derfor er det vigtigt at kunne kontrollere og lede varmen væk fra transduceren.

Hos Siemens Healthineers har man indbygget ny teknologi til varmehåndtering og optimeret designet af både den akustiske opbygning (lagene inde i transduceren) og selve huset.

Det gør det muligt at opnå dybere indtrængning og stærkere signaler, samtidig med at udstyret overholder gældende sikkerheds- og lovkrav.
